New RockMyWeb developed support system is now online. This support system integrates the same login as the billing system and is also integrated with our VPS control panel so it is easy to determine which VPS you would like support with. We feel this will make it much easier to provide support to our clients as our last support system was malfunctioning.

Let us know if there is anything we can do to better serve you. For your information, all logins are now using the same username (email) and password as our billing system.
